Design & installation

A well-planned landscape begins with your property, your preferences and the way you want to spend time outdoors. We bring planting beds, trees, shrubs and finishing materials together in a practical design, then handle installation with attention to spacing, soil preparation and the finished appearance.

Grading

A smooth, properly shaped site gives a new lawn and landscape a better start. We shape and finish soil around homes, commercial buildings and disturbed areas, with attention to surface drainage, usable grades and preparation for seed or sod.

Conventional seeding

Conventional seeding is an option for establishing lawns and restoring disturbed ground. We prepare the seedbed and select a seed approach to fit the site, season and intended use. Watering and care after installation are essential for germination and establishment.

Hydro-seeding

Hydro-seeding applies a mixture of grass seed, mulch, water and selected amendments across prepared soil. It is useful for new lawns, larger areas and site restoration. We discuss site conditions and watering needs so you understand how to help your new grass establish.

Sod

Sod creates an immediate green surface for new lawns and repaired areas. We prepare the soil, install the sod and provide guidance for watering and early care. Proper irrigation and time for rooting remain important even when the lawn looks finished on day one.

Landscape lighting

Extend the enjoyment of your landscape after sunset. We plan and install lighting for walkways, trees, planting beds and outdoor living spaces, balancing useful illumination with the character of your home and landscape.

Hardscape patios & retaining walls

Create outdoor spaces with structure and purpose. Patios provide room to gather, while retaining walls help organize changes in elevation. We discuss layout, materials, drainage and site needs to develop a hardscape that works with the surrounding landscape.
